High Current Inductors
High Current Inductors are extensively used for storing and transferring energy in High Power applications namely Electric Vehicles & Green Energy systems like Solar invertors and Wind Energy. Input chokes, PFC inductors, Output Chokes to name a few…These are essentially inductors that we explained in the preceding sections, but designed to handle higher current .

- Operating ambient temperature: -40°C to +115 °C.
- Maximum winding temperature: +155 °C.
- Inductors wound with round magnet wire Single / Litz Wire and using gapped, Low loss, High Bsat Ferrite cores with material Ni-Zn / Mn-Zn.
- Iron Powder, Sendust, Si-Fe, High Flux, MPP, Nanodust-KAM, Nanodust-KAH, Amorphous powder cores, Nanocrystalline cores with Higher Soft Saturation, in Toroid shape.
- Flat wire Inductors to support High Power Density applications.
- Basic, Functional, Reinforced Insulation options.
- UL recognized materials, UL Electrical Insulation system is optional.
- Vertical / Horizontal Mounting, Through Hole, Flying Leads with /without Terminals.
- Mounting Base in Nylon / Phenolic / FR4 / MS / SS /Aluminum.
- Varnishing under Atmospheric Pressure / Vacuum.
