Wire-Less Power Transfer Coils
These are coils developed for Wireless Power transfer applications. Phenomenal growth of Electrical Vehicles, Mobiles phones and other Electronic Devices and Gadgets triggered the growth of chargers that can charge the devices with Galvanic isolation, where in the energy is thrown from Primary known as Transmitter Coil, to Secondary known as Receiver Coil which powers the Load. WPT Coils are basically an extended version of LLC Transformers. In LLC transformers the Coils are separated by a fixed distance, The coupling is fixed resulting in a constant coupling coefficient “K”. In WPT the Distance between the Transmitter and Receiver coils varies in X, Y, Z directions, resulting in varying “K” that makes the design very complex.
We have been able to delight our customers with very intriguing WPT coil constructions in conjunction with our Technology Partner CHARGEDGE designed and Patented Hardware & Firmware to record excellent efficiency over applications ranging from few Watts to Kilo Watts that have the most rugged and misalignment Tolerence.
